Members and non-members have the opportunity to make donations to the Sponsor-a-Student Fund. Click the DONATE button at the top of any page and scroll down to the Sponsor-a-Student Fund and click "Donate".
Donations are used primarily to cover the fees of high school and college students to attend League events. The students are invited as our guests to Hot Topic Luncheons, new member orientations, issue meetings, and more.
Sponsor-a-Student funds may also be used to pay a student's basic membership rate.
We encourage young people to get more involved in the League and in other civic engagements. Your donations make it possible to offset whatever fees would otherwise be charged to students.
Donations to the Sponsor-a-Student Fund are tax-deductible under section 501c(3) of the tax code. (Taxpayer ID #46-2821816).
