January 2026

- Special Primary Election, State Representative - District 87
- City of Boca Raton Special Election

  • Election Day:  January 13, 2026
  • Deadline to register to vote or change party affiliation: December 15, 2025
  • Deadline to Request a Vote-by-Mail Ballot: January 1, 2026 by 5:00 pm
  • Early Voting: January 3 - January 11, 2026 10:00 am to 7:00 pm
  • Deadline to return Vote-by-Mail ballot: January 13, 2026 by 7:00 pm to SOE Main Office, or by 5:00 pm to a branch office or secure ballot intake station


March 2026

- Special General Election, State Representative - District 87
- Municipal Runoff Elections

  • Election Day:  March 24, 2026
  • Deadline to register to vote: February 23, 2026
  • Deadline to Request a Vote-by-Mail Ballot: March 12, 2026 by 5:00 pm
  • Early Voting: March 14 - March 22, 2026 10:00 am to 7:00 pm
  • Deadline to return Vote-by-Mail ballot: March 24, 2026 by 7:00 pm to SOE Main Office, or by 5:00 pm to a branch office or secure ballot intake station

Municipal Elections

  • Deadline to Register: February 9th
  • Deadline to Request a Vote-by-Mail Ballot: February 26th by 5:00 pm
  • Early Voting: Not available
  • Deadline to return your Vote-by-Mail ballot: March 10 by 7:00 pm to SOE main office, or by 5:00 pm to a branch office or secure ballot intake station
  • Runoff Elections (if necessary): March 24th


August 2026

Primary Election

  • Election Day: August 18th 
  • Deadline to register or change party: July 20th
  • Deadline to request a Vote-by-Mail ballot: August 6th by 5:00 pm
  • Early voting: Will be announced

November 2026

General Election

  • Election Day: November 3rd 
  • Deadline to register: October 5th
  • Deadline to request a Vote-by-Mail ballot: October 22nd by 5:00 pm
  • Early voting: Will be announced
  • Deadline to return Vote-by-Mail ballot: November 3 by 7:00 pm to SOE main office, or by 5:00 pm to a branch office or secure ballot intake station
